"Hello, sir. What are your orders?"
-The Watchers

The Watchers are in charge of setting up the lookout towers to increase the map viability to see Grocks roaming. Dillon gives the guards money in order to repair and build watchtowers. They reappear in Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger, where one is among the new clients for quests. A character with a similar design to the Watchers, named "Naomi", appears in Dillon's Dead-Heat Breakers, serving as the receptionist for the races that Dillon can participate in.

Entering in the Gun Tower for first time

Watch dogs: - Pleasure meeting you, ranger! We're the Watch Dogs.

Our job is to be on the lookout for grocks.
If not for these watchtowers and our suveillance efforts,
you wouldn't see the grocks on the map on the Touch Screen.
And we couldn't warn the village that grocks are near!
Our watchtowers can't mount weapons...
but our courage and keen eyes, we can still help!

Russ: - Thanks for your help! We'll do our best!
